Cory and Even were our installers, they were great. Ask for truck two! When ever having something delivered and installed. Very patient with us. Matt thank you for making all of this happen and being patient with us also! Thank you Jim and Mike for doing another great delivery and set up and being patient with us!

Voss was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating during our full kitchen remodel. Matt was wonderful to work with and was willing to help us whenever we needed it. We would highly recommend this family owned company for all of your appliance needs. All of the employees we talked to over the phone where always helpful and pleasant too.

I have purchased all of my home appliances here and have been incredibly satisfied with the service and products. My dishwasher (16 years old) broke, I needed to get one asap. I went into Voss, talked to Rick, and left with a new dishwasher that trip! Rick even assisted me loading it into my truck! Got it home hooked it up, and it is incredible, quiet, and quick. It also seemed to be a very good deal!! Thank you Voss for the helpful and friendly service! I will see you guys again when I need more appliances!

The door open button went bad recently on my built-in Microwave oven.

Since I had the trim kit, I went online to buy the same unit so I could just slip in and use the same surround.

Big Box store websites all showed that they had it, but not really! It was not stocked and had to be special ordered which would take a month or longer for a drop shipment.

I phoned Voss TV an Appliance in Jefferson Hills and talked to Rick who immediately ordered it from his supplier on his computer. The unit came in 5 days later.

Now, a $200.00 Microwave oven is not the same as a $7,000.00 Wolf range….. and yet Rick immediately expedited the matter.

This is the difference between a locally owned family business and the Big Box stores. It's called customer service! Voss deals with their customers on a one to one basis and I appreciate that fact.

Their prices are equal to the Big Box stores, the staff is very helpful and the service is superb.

I recommend them highly.

PS They keep very accurate records on everything they sell. This makes it easy to order repair parts when needed.

Another nice thing…..they answer their phone. You don't get hung out to dry on the Big Box store's phone menu.
