After waiting several weeks to get my car in due to the busyness of the company, I took my car in for service. The agent, Mr. Nola was very friendly, patient and helpful with me. I experience some noises in the steering and had to take back several time. Each time I communicated the issues I was experiencing, Mr. Nola exhibited patience and concern to gain my satisfaction.
