I heard about MediConnect one Saturday morning while listening to the radio and was very intrigued because the services they offered fit exactly the stage of life that my husband and I are in! I called them and was connected to our representative, Tim Brown. He came to our home and was very polite, personable and professional. He asked questions that helped to determine the insurance plan that would best fit our needs, and we signed up for our new insurance right then and even paid our first month's premium! Knowing that Tim is just a phone call away gives us peace of mind! I highly recommend MediConnect!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Tim Brown came to our home, as many times as needed, answered all the questions via email or over the phone. He was very friendly but professional. I also asked this company not to push their sales on me, I am happy that no one did. I am happy to say not only I joined Medicare advantage but my husband also enrolled.
