(December 8, 2021, 4:02 pm)I went in for an oil change & to have my tires checked before the snow flies. He checked everything & said I would need 2 new front tires, as my current ones were completely shot. When they were doing the oil change, they didn’t have the right filter, so I will have to come back. However, Adam comped the oil change for the inconvenience. I work in customer service & have always been impressed with this location & their customer service! Adam & Brandon took great care of my car today & I will always recommend them to friends & family!

Manager was courteous and helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything (car's fairly new - shouldn't need anything). I was able to get an appointment the next morning, whereas my regular places were telling me that it'd be 2-4 weeks until they had an opening. Not sure what's going on with them, but if you need an oil change from a friendly provider at a decent price, and don't want to wait, give Big O Tires in Eagan a shot.
