My wife and I just purchased a Used Toyota 4Runner through Alex, Matt, and Andrew at this dealership. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! As a combat veteran and wounded warrior coming back home to readjust into the community, I don't expect any special treatment. However, I do want a no-nonsense, professional approach to buying and selling; especially when I am spending thousands of dollars. I can't tell you how many bad car buying experiences I have had over the years throughout the country. But, I own it as I was an impulse car buyer. So, I came to see Alex at a Maserati Dealer with another previous bad car deal. I was a little overwhelmed walking around cars that I have only seen in movies. Alex immediately made me feel at ease and explained what they could and couldn't do. My wife and I came up with a plan and went to Alex and he did everything he could to help us.Yes, we took a loss on the previous vehicle; but the experience at Rohrich Maserati Motors made us feel so much better as we left with the 4Runner.
