A wonderful community full of people that want the best for you and will give you the tools to reach your goals. Whether you’re just starting to workout, or you’re an experienced vet looking to get your sweat on, PNF has something for you. The trainers are welcoming, comforting and friendly, and while they push you to be a better you, they are accommodating and modify to your needs, even in a class environment. No one is a stranger here and you’re welcomed back each day with a smiling face and a fantastic workout. PNF gives personal attention, teaching each movement and ensuring you’re safe, yet being appropriately challenged. I recommend them for anyone, no matter the fitness level you’re at! Bonus: they have great accommodations like delicious smoothies, lockers, showers, nutrition assistance, towels etc!
