Rance provided excellent service from the moment we pulled in until our various repairs were complete. His communication, clear explanations, and overall customer service were outstanding.

Took great care of us. They worked to ensure nothing was done that wasn't necessary. We had been told by other car care we needed to replace the oil pan. AAA added dye to oil to confirm. Found it was merely a loose bolt. They have earned my loyalty.

My husband and I took our car here recently to get engine repairs done. ( timing chain and all that jazz) I would just like to start off with what an awesome costumer service experience we had with Rance. He handled everything amazingly! Kept us stress free while extended warranty paperwork was going on. Got done what needed to be done in a great timely manner and kept us updated at all times. Also willing to help and figure out everything TOGETHER. Very understanding. He even took the time to call us after we got our car back just to make sure everything was doing great and we were satisfied. This place really does care!!! Our car is running better than when we bought it. Hats off to the mechanics! We are very pleased with this shop and will be taking all our vehicles here from now on. With the bad experiences we have had with other
mechanic shops this one gives me faith that not every shop is out to get you!!! Thank you guys at aaa . You have really made a difference for us!

I received outstanding service here when I went in for a battery issue after one of the AAA roadside assistance crew members had to come rescue me from the side of the road. The staff here was super friendly and kept me well informed. I was in and out of there way faster than expected. While I hope I don’t have to return anytime soon, this will be my first choice the next time I do have a car issue.

The best hospital I have ever been in.Everyone was so nice.When you called out for help they came right away.
The cafeteria is wonderful the food is the best.And,what I love the best is you can call down and pick what you want and what time you wanted you’re food.They were always on time too.
