    I have been with this agency for 12 years and in this office for almost 5 years. CB has always had more tools and support than I can possibly use. It's not the best split I could get but it is, by far, the best value for what I pay.

    Kathy was incredibly helpful during the past ~year of active house hunting!! It was a very challenging time in the market but she paid attention to our must-haves, was immediately responsive and proactive throughout the process, and didn't pressure us at all. She is so dedicated to her work (and was understanding when we had to bring the kids). Would definitely recommend working with her.
