Always a pleasure to do business with Northern Sound and Light! I pretty much always leave with something I wasn't expecting to purchase-- they have a great selection!!
The customer service was excellent. Google Maps didn't do a very nice job of getting me there. Something was wrong so I called. The man said I was nearby based on my description. He came outside to make sure I found the place. Mind you this is winter in Pittsburgh. Every bit of 30 degrees. I also appreciated the expertise once I got inside. They answered all of my questions. They referred me to what I needed. I look forward to returning.

Northern Sound & Light is the best vendor to buy audio & lighting gear from. They have the best customer service, followup, and customer care. They went above and beyond to take care of a large, complex, and time-critical order for me. They are the first place I look and if they sell what I need, they get my business. I can't speak highly enough, and their prices are fantastic to boot!
