In just a day n a half after getting a clutch kit, his Daves guys had my Mini running better than it has in the 3 years I've had it.

I've gone to Nelson's for several different things, and he's treated me so well every time. He's honest with me during times he could take advantage if me instead - which is what everyone else would've done. One time I took my car there freaking out because I thought the transmission was about to go, he took it for a test drive immediately and then told me not to spend a dime because he felt the car was perfectly safe and in great running condition. There were plenty of other little things wrong with UT at the time that he could've elaborated and taken my money in that moment. But he didn't. Because of that experience, I take my car back to him for everything. I've gotten a new battery, tires, break line, break pads an rotters, oil change, inspection, wheel barring, windshield wipers, exhaust leak fixed, etc. He's amazing. Wonderful prices, honest, all around great guy. He remembers me by name and always asks how the family is.. he's just a great guy.

Thank God for this place I'm so blessed that the man there when I called to make sure that my reservation was there he confirmed it and you all recommends that you use their app and a link that tells you directions on how to get your U-Haul to prevent covid but the problem is he said and she even said if you have any problems just give us a call and he said don't worry about that app just come into the store I'll take care of you guys that thing doesn't work at all everybody ends up coming in anyway he made our move so smooth and he calmed me down I only wish I got his name so I could say thanks publicly and give him his props like he deserves on here but he's the guy mainly at the desk I think and he is very good and knowledgeable and knows what he's doing

Mr. Nelson's is a small business that favors quality over quantity unlike some of the bigger chains I've previously taken my car to be repaired at.

He personally walked me through what was wrong with my vehicle, and he also taught me about the difference between OEM parts and After-Market parts. He was quick with the repairs, and taught me a little more about cars than I previously knew. Most importantly his quality work was less expensive than all of his competitor's quotes in the surrounding area.

He made a good first impression with me, so I will be returning in the future when the need arises. I gave him a shot and I believe you should as well.
