  We've used Zacharia Brown PC for our wills and powers of attorney, to aid in obtaining additional support from the Veterans Administration for my Mom, and to guide us through the probate process when she passed. We cannot be more appreciative of their care, competence and comfort. I know this post sounds like an ad but my husband and I mean it. And Colleen was great!

  The team at Zacharia Brown is very knowledgeable. Our parents unfortunately did not understand what needed to take place in order for them to prepare us for their future. Especially if they needed to go to a nursing home. Jennifer was assigned our case and any questions we asked her, we received quality answers immediately. Thank you Jennifer for all your help!

  It has been a pleasure to work with Colleen Bratkovich on a variety of issues concerning my mom, including obtaining veteran's benefits. Colleen is professional, easy to talk to and does a great job explaining information and options available in each case. She is prompt in responding back to any questions I have had in this entire process. Colleen made the work involved in this process minimal on my end, all the while staying in touch with me about where we were in the process. I am grateful for her help and feel a huge relief of stress as I am planning for my mom's future care and finances. I would highly recommend Colleen and her firm for any eldercare needs anyone would have.

  If you are looking for Elder Law Attorneys, look no further than Zacharia Brown. I was in the middle of a Medicaid application for my mother that had already been denied once. It's a lengthy and complicated process. I did not want to get denied again.
  
  That's when I met with Colleen Bratkovich at ZB. My nerves were calmed immediately. She told me exactly what I needed to do on my end, and that she was certain that this time my mom would be approved. She was right!
  
  Colleen took every one of my calls and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. A special shout out to Mary Jo in the office who also did the same.
