For after installation service is most important and Carl, the owner, definitely delivered on that. Each voice mail I left was promptly returned and the service was call was the same or next day. I'm a big guy in a house with a narrow staircase, minor adjustments are in fact quite significant. Carl was there when needed. As a plus, he is an easy-going, pleasant fellow to talk to.

I’m someone that doesn’t give compliments easily, but A+ Stairlifts is perfectly named and deserving of praise. When my elderly parents needed a stairlift, we had two places give us quotes. The first company was forgettable because they seemed less concerned about my parents and more concerned with making a sale. And then Carl from A+ came to give us a price. Carl has such a warm personality and seems to truly care and wants to help. Throughout the entire process, Carl was friendly, personable, and provides EXCELLENT customer service for his clients should something need repaired or adjusted. Highly recommend!!

Prompt, friendly installation and service. The stairlift, a Harmar, works very well. Battery-operated, it draws very little electricity. The ride up and down the stairway is smooth and I don't have to worry about falling down the steps. This was a worthwhile purchase from an easy-to-deal-with company. Highly recommend A+ Stairlift.
