It being 24 hours too just makes it worth the price which isn't too bad either compared to gyms around here when it comes to what your paying for. If you find yourself in need of a gym in Monroeville, this is it.

I’ve known him since he was young and I’d trust anyone to work with him, knowing his work ethic on and off football fields. Many friends and family have trained with CBC Fitness and the results are incredible.
If you follow his training programs, you’re guaranteed to see results you’ve always wanted and be fit for life. You always need someone to hold you accountable, and he’s the guy! I’d HIGHLY recommend using his training! -
