(February 1, 2013, 9:09 am)I was in the market for insurance for my new small business when I got a direct mail piece from NOVA Insurance. I contacted them and worked with Mark Foerster in setting up a policy to cover liability as well as my business property. Mark was great to work with in figuring out the policy. He was responsive and understanding with my many questions.
A few months ago I had a situation arise where I needed to file a claim with my insurance company. Unfortunately, when I filed my claim the insurance company denied it. I contacted Mark and he went to work on it, even going as far as to appeal to the insurance company on my behalf. I can say that in the end Mark came through and made the situation right. I remain his customer today and assure you that you can do business with him in full confidence.
