Went to get an oil change while I shopped at guitar center. My wait time was actually significantly less than what I was quoted. Staff was lively and friendly. Competitively priced.

Had a very good experience! My car needed to be aligned and I have the lifetime alignment through Firestone. The store I usually use could not fit me in for a stay-in-store appointment for 1.5 weeks. These guys were able to schedule me today. Started on my car within a few minutes of my appointment and were done in about 40 minutes with aligning and rotating the tires. Drove it home and was amazed at what a great job they did! Many thanks to Joe and the rest of the crew for taking care of my car.

I went in to get snow tries recently. I received the best service by James! He was so professional, friendly, and attentive. He made buying snow tires a wonderful experience. I feel confident in my new snow tires, and being a loyal customer to firestone thanks to James! Thank you Firestone for all you do!

This was my 2nd or 3rd time coming here for a car inspection. Always are honest and let me know something is RECOMMENDED to get fixed/replaced but will pass inspection so not necessary. I have recommended this place to others and they have also had good experiences. I will keep coming here every year for my car inspection. Also a great price for inspection.
