Excellent experience from Spitzer Toyota all around - from choosing the right vehicle to trading in my old vehicle. Rudy Shah greeted us right in the parking lot when we came to the dealership to look around and helped us every step along the way. He went above and beyond calling me as soon as the new truck manifest was available so I could choose from every possible option available. I never felt any pressure to buy anything I didn't want and was able to get exactly what I was looking for, in the color I wanted even with the insane vehicle shortage.

The trade in experience went well above my expectations. I was given an extremely fair price on my old vehicle that had some issues with it. And they even took care of overnighting the paperwork to my dad out of state to finish the trade in - thank you to the finance department for that!

My new car came in almost exactly a month from time of "ordering" and everything about it so far has exceeded my expectations. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota (or even used if you can find one) to go specifically to the Monroeville location. The customer service cannot be beat.

This is the second vehicle that Rudy Shah helped us with, but this one was a long shot due to the shortage of vehicles. But Rudy delivered! Rudy is an enthusiastic go getter with a very helpful attitude and a wonderful person. He stayed in touch during my vehicle search and was a consummate professional. I love the new 2022 Tundra Platinum - great experience! Ask for Rudy when you get there ....he's the one running around serving multiple customers at one time! :)

I don’t post many reviews, but Spitzer has gone above and beyond to make working with them a dream. I ordered my 4Runner with the help of Rudy, who did not pressure me in to a more expensive car. Rudy showed me multiple different models until I found the package that worked best for me. Since taking delivery of my car last fall I’ve used the service department multiple times for scheduled maintenance and they’re always very pleasant and quick with their work. This past visit the complimentary car wash left a small scratch in the clear coat of my bumper, which Spitzer is going to fix as soon as I can bring it in. Overall great experiences so far. I’ve recommended them to multiple people even converting my boyfriend from his jeep to a rav4!

After going through a bunch of hassle with other dealerships.. Rutul Shah (Rudy) at Spitzer was able to help me out. He made the process straight forward, answered all of my questions and relieved me of any concerns that I had. Best experience I've had at any dealership thus far.

Quite possibly the nicest dealership in the Pittsburgh area. They were very attentive and treated me with respect and I felt very comfortable there. The sales man, Matt was awesome and kept me informed of when my vehicle would arrive. Kyle in finance had all the paperwork ready to go and I was literally done within 15 min. Keep doing what you all do, as it seems to be a great model of customer service.
