(July 6, 2023, 11:09 pm)I just bought a car today & my experience was a 10/10! Mary Lou was so welcoming, helpful, & kind to me through out the whole process. She was detailed & explained every step of the process where nothing came up as a surprise later. She called me on her day off to get me scheduled to come in & pick up my car which I greatly appreciated! The staff was quick & efficient. I arrived at the dealership at 1 PM & left by 3 PM with my new car. It was quick & painless! I’d highly recommend anyone to Mary Lou & this dealership for high efficient service!
(July 5, 2023, 9:04 am)I had bought a used '18 VW Tiguan two years ago from here and loved my car. I wasn't too excited about the prospect of having to trade-in my car and buy a new one, due to a recent divorce. But I quickly realized that I was in good hands (again) and ended up finding a car that I know I will be happy with. I'm really happy with how I was treated and look forward to continuing my relationship with them.
(June 26, 2023, 4:30 pm)The service I received while purchasing my new Golf R was excellent. My sales rep Carl Nincke and the whole sales/service team was a pleasure to interact with during the buying process. They made it as fast as possible and straight forward. 11/10 on customer service.
(May 15, 2023, 4:12 pm)James is always friendly and courteous. The work done on the vehicle seems to be correct and thorough. I left one start off because it seems there is never a note kept or added to my file about the extended warranty we purchased and repairs were delayed checking on that. Then, when the vehicle was picked up, a different attendant tried to charge my husband a much larger amount than I was told because a note was still not made about parts being covered under warranty.
(March 14, 2023, 12:10 pm)I felt like it was a no hassle experience, they didn’t judge at all ! Overall experience was top tier and five star service! I will recommend Day Apollo to anyone ! The internet sales manager Chad the finance manager Chris and the Floor Salesman Olim done a great great job !
