Overall great working experience. The procedures they use to conduct business with their vendors is as good as it gets. From the beginning to every other element throughout the process, everything flows very well for the most part. Like every business venture there are and always will be issues and situations to handle. ServiceLink steps up to the challenges as one of the overall best in my personal opinion.

I really love the way you schedule appointments thru the EXOS calendar. I have worked with mortgage connect and inspire title services and basically have not done any work with them for at least 5 months as they send out requests by email and if you don’t answer them immediately you don’t get the order. Also they have 6 title affidavits upfront vs your 3 or 4 and the notary has to fill in the borrowers name on all of them I honestly believe the notaries accept the orders and reschedule the times if they conflict as there is no way you could check your calendar that fast. All in all I have worked with you for a very long time and I enjoy your partnership. Your closing team is outstanding
