24 hours, convenient, safe, and affordable long-term parking with shuttle service to airport. I appreciate the card they give you with the parking spot # and phone # to call when returning. Also I like that it is covered parking
All covered spaces and great service. I have used the Parking Spot almost weekly for over a couple of years. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to get a shuttle and not having to clean off the car during winter months is essential. Also I left my lights on one week coming back to a dead battery. The shuttle driver quickly returned with a jump pack to get my car started.
This is one of the few or maybe the only covered parking available while you travel. The Parking Spot is minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport. The system is geared for online and electronic use which is easy and accessible. You save a bit by prepaying and you can download the app to use your phone for the code to enter and exit. We did tip the driver as we had a family of 9 traveling with many bags and he was extremely helpful. I want to mention that last year a trip that I prepaid was canceled due to Covid. After some argument, The Parking Spot did refund our money. So I do want to state that they did the right thing.
The Parking Spot is always quick and efficient. I've never had to worry about whether they'd make me late for my flight. They are cheap and reliable! I wish there was a way to tip the drivers using the app though. I rarely have cash on me and I hate not tipping! I recommend them to everyone I know, especially if they also have a AAA membership.
I love being able to park quickly and not have to search for a parking spot at the airport. I’ve been parking at this location for 10 years. I started after a trip in 2010 when I came home to find my car had hail damage from being outside in the airport long term parking lot.
In short, it’s efficient from a time perspective, the staff is really friendly, and the pricing is competitive/a good value.
