I’ve been a customer at NAPA ever since they first established themselves in La Vernia. In my time doing business with them I have to say that Mike and Mona are easily the best of the owners. There is no competition between them and previous owners. In every aspect Mike and Mona blow former owners out of the water. They have always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service and assistance of any kind. Despite the recent new competition they have not sacrificed their standards and are still managing to hold their own. The staff has always been exceptionally kind and helpful and are my go to for parts.

I was in the Napa store in La Vernia last week needing wiper blades for my caravan. The women in there were very helpful and nice. One of the owners was there and she was very nice to talk to. The manager Tammy who helped me with getting what wiper blades i need even went out there and put them on for me since i wasn't sure how they come off. I will be returning to this store.
