Great customer service! Felt like I was being dismissed and they immediately called back to appease me. Thank you for coming out to see if you can help my issue. Hey, these guys were great! Doug the owner and Joe came out literally an hour after I called to help us with a baby raccoon that got stuck in our wall. He made a very small hole, got the raccoon out, and even was able to put the piece back in the wall. Not seamless, but pretty close. They took a lot of time to talk with us, thoroughly checked the home and attic space for any more critters, and did it all with a smile. Very pet and kid friendly, my daughter was running around and he let her hold a flashlight while he was cutting the hole. Go local, choose Court!
