I tried this jerky at a wine festival.
I am a jerky fanatic. I have tried every mass-produced brand there is, and a lot of home-made brands as well.
NONE of them come close to the savory flavor and perfect texture of Steel City Jerky. THIS is what beef jerky should taste like. The regular, black pepper and red pepper (my personal favorite) are as perfect a taste as you will ever experience.
You simply have to try it to believe it, but once you do, you will never buy another brand of beef jerky in your life.
There won't be any reason to after you try this.
Steel City Jerky has seriously perfected the entire jerky experience, and they have my everlasting gratitude for doing so.
