(March 27, 2020, 3:37 pm)I was having difficulty completing a curbside pick up order. I contacted the local store and she forwarded me to an 800 number to get help ordering. After waiting 25 minutes (voice recording kept saying, " you wait time i less than 10") I spoke with a person who said basically she couldn't help me either as they were overloaded with calls. I finally called back to my local store and spoke with Garrett. He was extremely kind and understanding and spent time helping me revise my list. Thank you! Your mom would be so proud of you! She did good!
