Starbucks

It takes a special person to work / volunteer there. I get a few phone calls about taking wildlife in to take care of and I tell people people without a doubt this caring place will help them. A BIG THANK YOU!

This place is wonderful. I'm so glad they are open 7 days a week to drop off wildlife. We dropped off a baby squirrel this morning. They had 35 already there under their care. Now they have 36. I found out it's a fox squirrel. The staff is super friendly.
They had several different kinds of wildlife being rehabilitated. Thank you for being here for people who care to drop off wildlife!!

We found an injured bird, and our local emergency vet said to bring it to the wildlife center in Verona. It took us past their closing time to get there, but staff saw we were coming up as they were leaving and asked if we had an animal to drop off. There is a place to leave animals after hours and a form to fill out, which they directed us to. However, they also came back up, after hours and a probably long challenging day, and were super nice and took the bird in immediately. I just wanted to share how kind they were and how appreciative of them coming back up we were. It made me feel so much better that the bird would get good care when the people seemed so willing to help. Thank you for all you do!

They are so nice there! I had a injured bird and it was a quick in and out. Parking is the only issue here, but they have educational classes so that may be why it was packed.

If you use Google maps there is Rosedale Fire Station --- if your facing the fire station, it will be on the left. Do not turn sharp right on the first road past the station. Keep going but go slow.
There is a very small road that goes up hill (from Verona Rd) You will see a big white sign at the start of the road saying Humane Animal Rescue.

They need donations for feeding the wildlife animals and supplies? See their website for details. Can you drive up there with goodies for the animals? It's getting cold outside. They also need blankets with no holes or fringe.

I've never been ignored or disrespected at this Starbucks. Sometimes baristas get busy. These baristas get completely swamped. Still, even on a busy day, if I have a custom order, they take it with a smile and an apology for the wait. The apology is hardly necessary because they're quick; they all still go above and beyond with customer service here. My definite favorite location.
