Oral & Facial Surgery of Pittsburgh

Five stars doesn’t seem like enough! I had dental implants done. But two days before my surgery my dog was hit by a car and was killed. I almost cancelled but didn’t. When I was called back by his nurse she could tell something was wrong and when I told her she was so empathetic - she was so sweet! I really appreciated her kindness.. And when Dr. Bauer came in he immediately gave me his condolences.He understood what I was going through - His bedside manner was just so compassionate!! The anesthesiologist was wonderful as well.. My surgery went well for the most part. Spite needing to have my bone structure filed down which meant implementing a meshing for support. Dr. Bauer called me that evening just as he said he would! And I was doing ok. But, then there was a slight setback and when I called the office they immediately got me in and put my mind at ease..I saw Dr. Norbutt that day and like Dr. Bauer he was so nice! I am still healing and looking forward to being able to have this completed.
Each time I see Dr. Bauer he always says if there is anything I need don’t hesitate to call!And he means it!! ! Last but certainly not least!! Is the staff,, everyone that I have come in contact with have been absolutely wonderful! They are so pleasant and friendly! They seem to really like what they do!

The doctors and staff at OFS of Pittsburgh are a top notch group. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The doctors take the time necessary to explain one's medical situation and corrective procedures. I highly recommend this group of medical professionals..

Dr. Bauer and his staff are fantastic. Had 2 wisdom teeth and a lesion removed and they were extremely comforting and answered all my questions. This is our second experience here as my wife had to have a dead tooth extracted almost 2 years ago. Son will be getting 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed this summer. Would recommend Dr. Bauer and his staff to anyone!

We had a great experience. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. It was quick and he got great care while there- staff were super friendly and made everything easy -- check-in, billing/insurance, procedure, and aftercare were all simple. I even had a little complication with insurance that they handled so quickly and easily! They made my son feel very comfortable and he's had minimal pain and swelling. Thank you!
