I’ve been utilizing Regeneration Pittsburgh for several years for various procedures. Their continued growth speaks volumes about their professionalism and high-quality staff led by Dr. Burnett. They take the time to thoroughly evaluate each issue and explain options without any pressure or sales pitch. I wish more medical offices and Doc's were this good!

I started seeing Dr. Thomas Burnett, MD about six months ago for chronic knee pain, as a last resort before considering knee replacement. During my initial consultation, he was extremely informative, walking me through a range of treatment options designed to progressively improve my condition. Six months later, I’m pain free and no longer have to plan my days around my knee pain. Dr. Burnett’s thoughtful approach and expertise made a tremendous difference—highly recommend him to anyone struggling with persistent joint pain.

Dr. Burnett was professional, confident, and clearly experienced. He listened and pretty clearly diagnosed my injury and had a relatively simple treatment plan. Two weeks after PRP and laser treatment, my shoulder went from barely usable to nearly pain-free. I’m amazed at how quickly I saw results and grateful for his expert care. The facility had a great vibe and the entire staff was professional and friendly as well. I will definitely be back for needed care.
