My husband is a long term patient. In addition to compassionate and best practice care, Pittsburgh Ear Associates has always been the most efficiently operated medical practice I’ve encountered. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and without making us feel rushed, finishes our appointment on time. I highly recommend Pittsburgh Ear Associates.

During the entire visit I was meet with very courteous people from the check in person to the audio nurse. Especially impressed with Dr Hillman and his nurse. I left the appointment knowing my current problem was in good hands. I'm very confident Dr Hillman and his staff will correct my problem to my satisfaction.

Megan Watson is the best! She has a great bedside manner, she is committed to getting the details right. My mother is 87, and relies on her hearing aid service to keep her devices updated and in good repair. I appreciate the partnership Megan and her team give me in keeping my mother in tip top shape.

All the staff were professional and friendly and very good at their respective jobs. Dr. Chen did a thorough review of my problem and provided education that was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Pittsburgh Ear Associates to anyone.

Dr Chen is the best! The staff always treats me with patience and kindness. Been going to him since 1998 for Menieres Disease. He helped me when every other Dr had given up and he's super gentle with me as I've had horrible experiences from my childhood, I won't let anyone touch my ears but Dr Chen. He's the best! They are so nice to me they feel like family.
