(March 2, 2022, 12:29 pm)I have always had wonderful service at this Midas. The staff is very informative and does not pressure you into purchasing any services, no annoying upsells. They actually try for the least expensive repairs possible. They explained everything without being condescending or patronizing. Felt very respected and treated with care. I highly recommend them.
(February 25, 2022, 3:47 pm)The employees at Midas on West 7th were extremely friendly and helpful. I came for a battery check and they were very honest about the life of my battery and offered good recommendations. After choosing not to replace the battery they still topped off the wiper fluid and aired up the tires all with a free battery check. Great service and will definitely be going back when the time comes for a new battery!
(February 21, 2022, 3:59 pm)Woke up this morning to find my catalytic converter had been stolen overnight. Midas was very helpful and got me in the same day. Staff was great to work with and made the whole process less stressful for me to deal with.
(February 11, 2022, 6:35 pm)I found out I needed a battery late Friday afternoon. I called just before 5pm and they were happy to squeeze me in before close. Sean was and always is super friendly and was able to find me a promotional coupon as well. I get all of my oil changes done here too. They’re great!
(January 14, 2022, 1:52 pm)I brought my car in for an oil change, they identified a couple of other things needed (brakes, filters) but weren't pushy about me doing it with them. A week or so later I stopped in for my air pressure light and they checked it and put air in my tires and didn't charge me. Nice people!
