I would give more than 5 stars if I can, I know I was in the right place when Mark the dealership manager himself welcomed me with a big smile and an old fashion hand shake, treated me with respect, gave me an offer on my old car that no other dealers did, he was honest, fair, had a sense of urgency and professional (Big emphasis on honest).

Amy, the finance guru made everything look so easy, upbeat personality and full of joy, she made sure all transactions are done right the first time and was eager that i get the best deal and a better rate on my finances. She was upfront and honest about everything so I can make a decision that I’m happy with (again big emphasis on honest).

The used car I bought needed a small repair, Amy (without hesitation) took care of it, took responsibility of it and I walked away truly happy driving a used car that rids and feels amazing like a new car knowing that these guys got my back.

Thanks to you Mark, Amy and Julius( the salesman) this dealership is the hidden gem I was looking for.

There was some confusion on my order but that was resolved quickly by Mark, he provided 100% excellent customer service which is pretty hard to find these days from other sellers.

Great place to bring your Toyota car for any type of service. My parents have been coming here for 12 years. They are both in their 80's (mom only drives) and Rohrich treats them like family and have reasonable prices for services. All the times that I have had to bring the Avalon in for oil changes/State Inspections this business has always done a fantastic job! Thank you, Rohrich Toyota!
