  I was completely out of shape and on lots of medication before I went to the National Personal Training Institute of Pittsburgh. They are extremely professional, tailored training program for me and now I'm in the best shape of my life at 51 years old. I highly recommend them.

  NPTI is a really go school for fitness training. I have learned how to train clients from all ages and abilities. I also learned the proper form for different workouts and what muscle groups are being used. This is all within only almost two months of being here. This school is amazing!

  I really enjoyed this class not only because of the fabulous instruction we received but also for the excellent workouts. Not only is Carmen a great instructor, she was very patient with me and the thousand and one questions I had (some were repeats--I didn't have any workout experience, so lots of new exercises to learn)! I always felt comfortable in class (even though I was older and not in as good a shape as my classmates) but most importantly was the continued encouragement and support that I received not only from the instructor but from my fellow classmates!

  NPTI has been a great experience thus far! It has helped teach me all of the necessary things to make me a successful trainer. It has also forced me to workout in ways I don't normally which will also make me a better overall trainer. Highly recommend!

  NPTI was a fantastic experience. The 6 month course is filled with a lot of material. The amount of Information that I learned from Carmen (the instructor) was huge. Every interview that I went to after graduating, the employers were very impressed with the schooling.
