Jenny is fantastic! She takes an interest in her clients and works around your likes or dislikes. She has great suggestions that help tremendously! She is easy to talk to and does not push plans, products, or foods to buy. She helps you create meal plans that work for you. This is the first time in my life I am losing weight and not feeling deprived.
Jenny has been the biggest support and I’m so grateful that I found her to lead me on my new health journey. She has given me such great resources and tools to help me build a new relationship with food along with gain control over my emotional eating. I actually look forward to our sessions because I know that she is completely focused on meeting my personal needs, she is extremely easy to talk to and will not judge me and my personal struggles, and she always makes a plan that I am fully on board with. I truly feel that everything I learn about with Jenny is fully sustainable long term. I cannot say enough about all the positives that Jenny has to offer! I have had so many successes on and off the scale so far and look forward to continuing with Jenny to ultimately reach my goals!

I contacted Jenny at Imagine Nutrition for nutrition and weight loss counseling. Jenny listened to my story and understood my struggles and needs. I was able to be up front and honest with Jenny. Jenny educated me on how to eat balanced meals throughout the day, which included snacks. I was thrilled with her advice as previous diets consisted of food group restriction and left me feeling hungry.
Jenny offers sustainable strategies for ways of rethinking food, preparation, and planning. I leave the session with a great attitude, and usually a grocery list too!!
