Richard replaced a toilet for me. He was very cordial and efficient. He removed the old toilet, as well as all the packaging materials from the new one. He provided the necessary materials to complete the job. He already had what was needed on his truck. I also got several estimates for some other projects from him and I definitely plan on using him again. I highly recommend him, he’s good people!

Jay’s Plumbing deserves 10 stars and more!! I had a sewage leak in my basement, which they quickly and accurately determined to be coming from an issue with the sewer line outside. Rich and his team came early the next day and efficiently determined the issue and repaired it quickly. I was beyond impressed with their skill, knowledge and professionalism. Jay’s Plumbing is amazing!!! I can’t say enough good things about them and highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!!

I googled plumbing and found Jay’s Plumbing! I read the reviews and prayed and decided to give him a try! Soooo happy I did! I ended up with another leak in my basement bathroom and I was overwhelmed about it. Called Jay he came the same day! Wow! He explained the entire process. He is so nice, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and makes you smile. I needed that! Thank you Jay for calming my nerves. He went above and beyond helping me. Replaced the handle at no extra charge! You know how it is when calling someone for help and you wait and wait. Then they never show up or call. Richard came out and identified there was a separated pipe below the house in a crawl space. Richard quickly fixed the problem. His service was prompt and safe. He did a great job.
