(August 2, 2019, 9:54 am)Great farmers market on Thursdays and after the market, there is different bands that play until sunset. Beautifully maintained park and ball fields plenty of parking too
(June 21, 2019, 5:26 am)Nice park for walking. Plenty of parking spaces. Farmer's Market every Thursday during Spring/Summer. Dog park is NOT open to public. Rarely see any Greentree residents using it. Park includes 2 playgrounds, Dek Hockey rink, Baseball/Softball fields and a Soccer field. Not sure if the fields are intended for Greentree residents only like the dog park. I've seen people playing Cricket at the park multiple times which was pretty cool to watch. Point Park University's baseball field is located in the park. Sometimes you can see the team practice or even watch them play a game. The larger playground is located on school property, so it's closed to the public during school hours. Walking track is also closed to public around lunch time when school is in session, but I've seen people continue to use it. There's 2 sets of bathrooms, but only the lower set near the gazebo seems to be open all year long. Park is kept up nicely.

Parks & Recreation | Dog Park at Green Tree Park
Green Tree's Dog Park, opened in Summer 2006, is available to Green Tree residents only. The park is located behind the Point Park Ball Field and is a 3/4-acre area with The gymnasium can be rented by Green Tree residents for activities and parties by contacting the Borough office at 412-921-1110.
