Very nice parish with traditional Masses. Congregation was friendly and engaged.
Nice grounds, the church itself is very modern in design. Tabernacle is to the side of the sanctuary. A huge, distracting window is behind the altar. Kind and helpful staff. The congregation is very welcoming.
A very modern-ish look with a smaller church feel. The large window behind the altar is very picturesque and calming. I started going to Masshere recently when they became part of the Holy Family Parish grouping.
I’ve been going here every Sunday for longer than I can remember. Very kind, and welcoming. The service is perfect for prayer and reflection. They offer a variety of events. Having volunteered at the spaghetti dinner and more, it is safe to say that a meal here will be more that enough - to be a good time and to fill your stomach - they have many activities for kids as well! Their Christmas is spectacular and the kids can even meet Santa!! At Easter they can of course meet the Easter bunny! One of my favorite things to do was to decorate my own cookie! Though I do have to say, attendance is lacking, but with enough kids, you’re sure to have a wonderful experience at any of the many activities hosted at Our Lady Of Joy Perish (OLOJ) i recommend taking the time to stop by, and worship at this fine church. It is very much so worth it, a peaceful and enjoyable time will be had, wether at the church service, or any other activity hosted there. 5/5 very nice and welcoming church and community. Again, I recommend anyone who is interested to come down and enjoy themselves here
As a visitor, the only drawback was poor signage. OLOJ is well hidden, unfortunately. Comfy padded pews a plus. Behind altar is full view window of trees--God's nature in all its beauty! All that plus Jesus and his one holy catholic apostolic Church at a price that can't be beat. Highly recommended.
