Lofts at Terrain

3 year resident and it's been a great place to live! The pool is a lot of fun in the summertime, dog-friendly, neighbors are friendly. I never had any major issues, but in the few times I needed the maintenance staff to come in, everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Couldn't be any happier with my studio. Pretty clean when I moved in. AppFolio portal convienient to autopay rent and schedule any maintenance issues.

Everyone from Lofts at Terrain has been awesome from the beginning! They have the quickest response time and the best communication no matter what. I’ve lived in a lot of places as work moves me around and have never felt more welcomed or comfortable anywhere. It’s in an awesome location with top notch amenities. Also, Curtis is awesome! Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Very nice studio apartments with an upscale kitchen area and quality flooring. Considering the location and the size of the apartment, it is a very good price. Maintenance and management are quick to respond and willing to work with you on any issues you have.
