I choose this office because they had the option to schedule a time. I was greeted with a smile (even tho they were wearing masks, I know they were smiling). The girls were very nice from the front desk, Dr and radiologist. They all made the visit very pleasant.

Exceptionally kind and accommodating staff! In and out in 29 minutes. Also our provider had the most beautiful hair I've ever seen on a man. 5 stars!

Had cut my eye today and was recommended to go to the ER. My injury was a small scratch on the surface of my eye, enough for my eye to bleed. First hospital i stopped by was so packed i could not even find parking. Decided to leave and go to baptist urgent care and was in/out within 30/45 minutes with a prescription and diagnosis. The employees were helpful, friendly and professional. Smooth and easy, def recommend.

Medical and front desk staff was amazing! Registration people need some refreshers. She told me she was charging me a deductible on top of my co pay, when I asked why I hadn’t had that issue with any other Baptist facilities this year she could not provide me an explanation. As someone who knows about medical billing I knew something wasn’t right. So I took her advice and called Avmed right after my visit, and I was informed that as long as I’m in network I am responsible for my Co-Pay, only. Anything not covered or not met is to be billed post visit since the procedure codes for the visit aren’t even known yet. But other than that, all the stars go to the in office staff.
I believe the front desk nurse’s name was Christina, she was super friendly and attentive. I saw Provider Caso and he was also super attentive, quick and yet thorough. I felt like he really understood what was wrong and addressed it well. I would recommend this location.
