The Higgins crew did such a wonderful job on our house. We had the exterior painted and wallpaper removed from two rooms. It looks so beautiful, and we cannot believe the improvement in our home’s appearance! More than that, the crew was so friendly, professional, and reliable—traits unusual in our experience with contractors. We are so impressed! We will refer our friends and family to Higgins!

We contacted Higgins for a quote, which seemed reasonable for the work we needed. However, due to other factors we ultimately decided to do the work ourselves. I wanted to write this review because this company was extremely professional, responsive, and attentive. I'm sorry that we will not be able to work with them at the moment, but I look forward to possibly working with them in the future. Their customer service was exceptional!

This painting company provided me with an estimate in September, and they performed interior and some exterior painting for me in October. For about one week, a few of their painters painted the walls and crown molding in my entryway; the walls, baseboard trim, and crown molding in my office; the walls, baseboard trim, crown molding, and chair rail in my dining room; the walls and spindles in my stairwell; the walls in my hallway; the walls in four bedrooms; and the exterior of two small oval windows and two bay windows. The trim and spindles used to be stained wood, so they were sanded, primed, and painted twice. The painters used Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Interior and Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior paints. The painters showed up on time everyday, and they communicated with me and my husband in a courteous manner. The quality of their paint job was very good. The total price was $8,800, which included a down payment of 1/4 before the work began.

The Higgins team was very professional did a great job. We will certainly use them again.

My wife and I own a large victorian house that was built in the 1880's. We have been wanting to paint the exterior and change the colors for a few years. After choosing the colors we wanted, we looked for a painting company to do the work. We couldn't have been happier with the company we chose. Don Higgins and his company and crew did the most beautiful job. We were overwhelmed with the care they took with our old house.
