“We bought a fixer upper house that didn't have any working shower. We called McShane Plumbing and were immediately able to talk with Pat and have him out to the house to provide an estimate. We ended up having McShane Plumbing do a full gut on our bathroom, they put in new tub, sinks, toilet, tile flooring, and fixed a lot of issues we had with the previous bath. They kept everything clean and were very reasonably priced. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. “We needed exterior trim to be added to various places around our house after getting our new roof. The tear-off crew for the roofers removed the old trim sloppily leaving uneven and damaged adjacent stucco and wooden boards. We were also on a tight timeline due to the need for gutters and other work around the house. Joe responded quickly, visited our house and talked thoroughly through what he planned to do to fix the problem and add new trim. After we received the quote, Joe was patient in explaining the proposed work and answering our questions. Joe and Israel came to our house sooner than expected and did more than we expected. They have a high attention to detail and the new trim looks great. It is actually an improvement over the previous trim. Israel also pointed out areas that could use caulking and Joe provided a fair price for this additional work. We are very happy with the finished product and glad we selected Vance Construction for this work. We will keep Joe and Israel in mind for any future work based on their timeliness, honesty, quality of work, reliability, and fair pricing.”
