This gym is great! Everyone that’s working is always in a great mood and super outgoing, especially Marty. A good atmosphere is essential when I want to get a workout in and this place definitely has that!

Love this gym and the staff is super friendly and very helpful! Been going here for about 6 months. Signed up for personal training and the transformation is amazing! Lost 17 pounds so far and shaping up. Very clean and tons of machines for workouts. Highly recommend LA Fitness in Pleasant Hills!!

Clean, friendly, good facilities. Met with Marty who gave us a trial pass and tour. He talked with us about the gym, classes and services available. Love the water aerobics which I was able to do twice before signing up. Shirl, the instructor, very upbeat, positive and welcoming. Today we met with Nate, a personal trainer who was very encouraging and I hope to work with in the future. Kevin was kind and helpful. Overall I am looking forward to using the pool and gym! Thanks for creating a positive atmosphere! Also being kind and encouraging. The only detractor is the hot tub is usually not working and has a very pokey bottom—get water shoes.
