To say we are happy to be a part of the CMA family/community is an understatement. Mr. Jeff & Mr. Daniel do an amazing job of teaching and inspiring their students. In a short amount of time, they have made such an impact on building my daughter's strength and confidence.
This is a wonderful place for kids, as well as adults! I joined in September of 2020, looking to find something uplifting and empowering for myself in this crazy world... to become a part of such a supportive, positive, and encouraging group of people has truly been a blessing.
In addition to their martial arts classes, they offer close-range weapon defense seminars, full of incredibly useful information and fueled by the the passion of teaching people how to stay aware and protect themselves. Mr. Jeff & Mr. Daniel are extremely helpful and informative - and willing to teach all levels of experience. Everyone will feel welcome in the safe and positive environment they have created.
I guarantee, if you join in on anything offered by CMA, you will NOT be disappointed. In fact, you just may surprise yourself at how much you will gain and grow!
Mr. Jeff is a very good teacher. He is professional and keeps the dojo clean and maintained. He has adapted very well to coronavirus, with weekly zoom meetings and youtube lessons. This is the best place to take your child for MA.
Having learned from Mr. Jeff years earlier, there was no question whether Contraguerro Martial Arts was the right place or not for my daughters to learn karate and so much more. I promise you, you will not be disappointed with your decision to join CMA.
Our seven year old daughter is there for around a year and it seems working out for her. She is less shy and little bit more assertive. They are very friendly with kids. They allow max twice a week that is working out well with our busy schedule. There are other places around like CMA where you can go upto 5 times a week if you want to train harder in the same fees
Best MA school around. I had little hesitation enrolling my boys due to the amazing reputation of Mr. Jeff from the residents of plum borough and surrounding areas. His teaching style is mesmerizing to the kids. In today’s world this kind of program is priceless to a parent for their kids to learn confidence and self defense. Thank you CMA!
