Just by phone Bob helped me to find the appropriate refrigerator. Delivery and installation was in less than 24 hours. (Something we do not have with other stores).

(August 4, 2020, 11:24 pm)I ordered a washer and dryer from Bobby Robertson. The process was quick, easy and couldn't have been more friendly and personable. Today I was scheduled to receive my washer and dryer. The delivery drivers sent a text to give approximate delivery time. The company also sent updates on delivery time. From the time the delivery men arrived to departure time was 15 minutes! They brought them upstairs, set up, connected and ensured they worked within that time. I couldn't ask for better service.

(July 11, 2020, 1:18 pm)I needed a fridge ASAP. Toddler. Newborn. You know the drill. Called dons, ordered the fridge at noon. Delivered the next day at 1030. The delivery guys were super friendly and very professional. In and out and no time and we are back up and running. The big box stores couldn’t deliver that type of service.
