“Always a fan! I work at a post office nearby and decided to stop after work to check out this new location. I was greater with a friendly hello and it was all hands on deck from there I felt like I rented the place or I was the guest they’ve been waiting for a day. A manager was training a new employee it appeared he was very detailed and engaging to the trainee. Was acknowledged again as I excited but now here’s the test seeing how my sun held up Mike’s way for my 20 min drive home, glad to report it was almost as great tasting as if had ate inside. “Can I give 100 stars? Cianna was an ABSOLUTE Angel at helping me decide what works best for me, listened and asked for my input on everything I tried on to help me hone in on what I wanted. Especially with me being such an indecisive person, I was amazed at how well the entire experience was and the customer service. It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS! “My son had his first official eye appointment so he could get glasses last week. My insurance covers just a small amount of the exam, frames & lenses, so I was pretty anxious imagining the cost of everything. Skip to the end of the appointment which was extremely thorough and pleasant, and I find out Ill have to pay at minimum $75 out of pocket. I asked the man helping my son and I if they could hold the glasses until the very next day when I was able to pay. He was very kind and understanding to my situation. He says he needs to check on something and when he comes back he lets us know that there would be no cost. I was and still am shocked. Every employee was so kind and helpful. The visit was plesant and stress free. We will definitely be going back to this location again, and Id recommend this business to anyone and everyone!”

“Started taking my car here when I moved to the area about 4 years ago and even if I move to a different part of Pittsburgh I will STILL take my car to this particular garage. Super trustworthy and helpful. Will explain any work they think needs done before they do anything and will actively help work out easier to afford options. They’ve even allowed me to set up weekly appointments to spread out work on my car based on when i got paid so I could afford getting multiple things done. Easily the best place I’ve ever taken my car”

UBreakIFix worker, Josh, said it was likely just dirty. He tested it and then used a couple tools to clean it. It worked fine. There was no charge for cleaning. I was happy to leave a tip and a good review.”

“I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond store on McKnight Rd today. I thought the store was open,but it was not. There was a lady in the parking lot picking up an online order. The employee from the store asked me if I knew what I wanted and I said yes,but, I didnt order online. She said if you tell me I will go get it. “Great customer service from the minute we walked in. Our sales rep Alexa was very helpful, polite, and checked in on us from time to time as we browsed.
