    I attended Joni’s YTT 200 hr and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s impeccable at teaching a mindful approach to yoga and integrating all of yoga philosophy into her training. As much as I loved and practiced yoga, I often still injured myself in my personal practice. Joni teaches you to respect and understand your body and how to incorporate safe and accessible modifications into your personal practice.

    I've been doing yoga with Joni for over two years and have nothing but good things to say about her classes. I would definitely recommend to anyone of all levels as a way to keep moving but mostly as a way to maintain good mental health!
