I went into Tri-State looking for a few pieces for my home office. I was blown away by the selection they had, all at unbeatable prices. I contacted Tri-State Office Furniture to help me update my personal office, and the whole experience has been excellent. I had an idea of what I envisioned, and my sales rep, Kira, showed me all the options that they had and what she felt was the best fit for me. Kira was knowledgeable of the products, friendly, and very professional. I am very particular. I wanted to see all my options laid out, and I made many little tweaks. Kira listened to my changes and got the exact drawling's I was looking for back in a timely manner. If you are in the market for new office furniture, I highly recommend giving Kira a call, she is the best!
I was delegated the task of opening a new office in Pittsburgh. We had to furnish it from out of state. Kira was excellent at finding items using our blueprint. All of the furniture matched and we saved by using some items that were in stock and slightly used. Everything was delivered and assembled. I did all of this through email and phone. I highly recommend this company.
Maybe unknown just to me but I discovered a hidden gem recently in McKees Rocks! I was in need of an office chair and found just what I needed at an exceptional price at Tri-State Office Furniture, Inc! I was blown away by the exception value of the products in their store and if I was setting up an office, either at home or commercial location, you can bet this place would be the first option in search of quality business furniture and accessories at value prices. In addition, the people working there couldn't have been more helpful or patient with my search and needs. If I could give the ranking 6 stars, I would!

The installation and delivery crew is the best I have dealt with in the business. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable of their products. Courteous with our staff and clean up as if they were never there.
