A very nice area and I actually golfed here when it was a course. It is now a nice nature area and a great place to to get a good understanding of acid mine drainage and the processes in place to mitigate it. First sight gives the impression they could clean it up a bit but understanding the processes in place gives insight to the area in general.

I absolutely love Wingfield Pines! As an avid birder, nature enthusiast, and photographer, this place is like heaven for me. Wetlands, woods, easy trails, and lots of beautiful wildlife and scenery. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great day out in nature!
