  Although I ended up at the wrong location and had to go to another location, I want to shout out the guy working there because while I waited in line he patiently helped this lady complete what many would call a simple task. He was just really nice where others may have been frustrated and annoyed so kudos to him!

  Mrs. Alexandria had been great! She had spent a good amount of time with me, explaining everything I asked her. Also while I was waiting she was helping and old lady with her bill since she was using different cards to make a payment and she was very helpfull and trying to make her feel good about it :). It will be great to have more people like her working for Verizon!!!!!!

  Alexandria assisted me. She was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated her product knowledge because it made my visit short and sweet. I got what I needed plus a nice screen protector that I wasn't thinking about getting but so happy now that I did. Definitely will go to this location again. Great Service!
