West Meeting Center

Amazing place to have birthday parties! My daughter and her friends loved it and it was super easy to book and the owner was super helpful and nice!!

I had a baby shower at west meeting center March 2nd 2019. I want to say this is the far best place to have a venue. From the first meeting with Dave to the day of the venue. Dave and his wife were exceptional. The meeting center was wonderful with space, cleanliness. I will and have been highly recommending this place for any venue. Thank You again Laurie Hako

This renvue was absolutely perfect for my husband's grad school graduation. The space was just right for our group of about 60. It was just so comfortable and the extra touches Dave had on hand like a large screen TV for my slide show made the day extra special. The caterer Dave recommend who works with them often did an incredible job. The day was so enjoyable thanks to Dave, Jim, and West Meeting Center.

We had a sweet sixteen party in January, all the details were met with the highest level of satisfaction.
The location was accessible by the multiple directions party-goers were coming from, and the parking lot provided ample space and was cleared of snow and well lit.
The building is handicap accessible so all of the family members were able to attend. The seating was designed and set up to allow family and kids to gather or dance. The floors are carpeted and clean so the kids were comfortable. The DJ had a stage to set up on and enough outlets for all the electrical needs . Tables were provided for the food set up and the Bar area made serving drinks easy.
The facility is secure and the entrance way is good for standing out of the weather to wait for rides and loading up all the gifts after the party.
I would highly recommend having gatherings at the West Meeting Center.

I have attended three events at this location and think it is a great place to have an event. The room is very comfortable. Easy access location with plenty of room. All the tech gadgets for a presentation. Clean and nice.
