Have had the services of Team 24 from this org for 3 yrs now. I have utmost praise for the dedication and ability of the nurses who were attending to me during my surgeries and recuperation. They were all courteous and completely able to take care of my wounds and answer questions I had. If they felt something was wrong they were in immediate contact with the surgeons office for clarification. My recovery was of great importance to them. I was given a time frame when they would see me, and they were always within 30 minutes of that time frame depending on the distance they were travelling from. On occasion it was necessary for them to adjust their schedule to meet my schedule. All the nurses were friendly, knowledgeable, cooperative and courteous. I would not hesitate using them again if needed. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a wound care nurse.

This was the second time I was cared for by UPMC Home Healthcare. I have been very pleased with the care and therapy I have received. The therapists were very kind and considerate, and they worked very hard to get me ready for out patient physical therapy.
