Graduating in the early 1980s from a steel town therapy was not discussed! I admit that I didn't believe in it. As I came to the age that I am I realized that I needed help for an addiction that has continued for almost 35 years. I was introduced to Diane thru a friend and decided to give her a try. She is incredible! She makes you feel comfortable and doesn't look down on you. At the end of the session you feel as if you were talking to a best friend that you had known all your life!! She has been a great help!

I felt the need to respond to the previous post so that potential new clients are not misinformed - Diane's secretary Jennifer is remarkably kind and welcoming. In multiple situations, Jen has gone above and beyond her responsibilities to assist me with insurance or prescription issues. Any time that I have reached out with a question, Jen has responded promptly and provided me with the information I needed. She is even patient when I'm attempting to analyze my busy calendar to schedule appointments! Jen truly cares about the clients and I personally believe that she is an asset to Diane's practice!

There aren't any amount of words in this world that can describe how AMAZING Diane and the rest of her office employees are! I reached a point in my life where I needed help to find answers towards the way I felt and just generally needed help. Diane was the one who I seeked to help me do that and she has done a phenomenal job. She not only helped me find the answers to a lot of things through guidance, but she was also understanding an always had my interest in whatever she suggested. I definitely recommend her to whoever needs help in guiding themselves to a much happier life! She'll never force you to do anything you don't want to do. She's a very trusting person and she would never break that patient confidentiality unless you ask her to otherwise. Her office space is also very superb. It's comforting to be in that environment, knowing that you can leave most of your worries behind! Overall, the year that I saw her was spectacular and I don't know where I would be today without her! I'm very blessed to have gotten to know and be guided by such a jovial woman!

The services offered at Diane Bauer's practice are outstanding. I have been meeting with Toni Bauer weekly, and she has helped me immensely with overcoming my struggle with anxiety and depression. There is no other therapist that has been able to assist me with working through my issues and improving my overall quality of life the way Toni has. I highly recommend scheduling a session with her.
