I am a small biz owner in utah and had a package with the wrong address on it. When I contacted this post office, the guy helping me was kind, patient and knew exactly how to help me. Not only did he say he would try getting the package before the carrier put it in the return to sender pile & hold for my customer to pick up, but he called me back a few minutes later to tell me he contacted the carrier and was able to have it delivered to the correct address instead.
I wish I knew the name of this person. I was too happy that I forgot their name. ( I tried calling back but it was already closed.)

This person deserves a raise! And this post office branch was amazing!

Hey WackFPV maybe you should have had your apartment number on your address instead of being incompetent. USPS is not responsible for your incompetency nor are they mind readers when there’s a population of 500,000 plus people in the Fresno area. You want your package? Have an apartment number on there and next time give the sender a complete address.

My carrier Desiree from Clinter branch is so amazing that she actually called me to let me know she learned a new function on her handheld scanner to make sure my package was scanned in and received. I've also had many pleasant interactions with Ed at the front desk in-branch. Staff if helpful and not afraid to learn new skills to better serve customers. I'm impressed!
